There is something to be said for sketching
I absolutely love my Wacom Intuous Tablet and use it all the time! Here are a few of the images I’ve creatively used the pressure sensitive tablet to create.

I survived grade school by doodling. There is something therapeutic about letting your mind and pen wander at the same time. Telling a story with ink on paper one meandering line at a time, watching a life take shape where there was once just blank space.
I’ve been doodling on photographs for years using various digital tools. For about six years I’ve been using the Wacom Pressure sensitive, I the tablet so much that it has replaced my mouse in my routine retouching regimen. I type with the stylus in my hand and resting my palms on the top of the tablet, a track pad sits the the left of me so I can easily scroll through text if needs be. |
To get used to the tablet, ditch your mouse.
